After my house was broken into, Alarm Alert LLC was recommended by a neighbor. I contacted Mr. C Hedrick and asked him to come out for an estimate. He arrived at the agreed time and date, told me about the company and how everything worked, and then we discussed different options. He recommeded the option that I have as being the best for my situation. We agreed on a date and time for installation and he and his partner arrived on time, installed the system, tested it and showed my wife and I how to use the system.
