BASIC MONITORING & LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY
All of our security system packages include a standard digital voice control panel which uses your landline telephone connection to communicate with the monitoring facility. Whenever the security system is triggered, the control panel sends a signal through the landline phone to the monitoring facility and notifies them about a problem in your home.

As an affiliate dealer of Security Networks, ALL of our monitored systems, residential or commercial, include a Lifetime Service Warranty Guarantee. All parts and labor are covered for normal wear & tear for repair or replacement, nominal trip fee required, as long as your system is monitored and your account is current. TWO WAY VOICE – (DIRECT VOICE CONNECT)
AlarmAlert now offers Two-way Voice Monitoring Services with our GE Simon security system. This Direct Voice Connection allows the monitoring station personnel to communicate with you directly when you need it most.
When an alarm is triggered at your Greensboro home, the security system uses your landline phone to send the signal to our monitoring facility. Once the signal has been received, the monitoring facility will be able to communicate with you directly through the Direct Voice Connection to verify the problem and respond accordingly.
Two-Way Voice Monitoring Service uses a landline telephone connection unless combined with the purchase of Alarm.com GSM cellular unit & monitoring services and the new SIMON-XT upgraded control panel unit.
CELLULAR & GSM MONITORING
Our Cellular Monitoring Service offers greater versatility for your home security monitoring provisions. There is no need for landline telephone service or internet connection with cellular monitoring. Your GE home security system will have a state of the art wireless connection between your home and the central monitoring facility, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer two different Cellular monitoring service plans for you to choose from. You can choose to have your GE security system transmit alarm signals seamlessly without any bother on your part with the Telular TG-1. Or, you may want to upgrade to the Alarm.com GSM cellular unit and control your home or business security system from anywhere in the world via internet. The possibilities are virtually endless. This service does require adequate cellular phone coverage in your area.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL CALL PENDANT
Stay safe at home, but don’t be alone. Emergency medical help is just moments away with our emergency medical pendant. A single touch water resistant button worn around the neck or your belt summons help when you need it the most. This feature works inside or outside your Greensboro home. Combined with the Two Way Voice feature of our GE Simon panels, you’re protected from many household accidents. The monitoring station can also add notations for all of the medications you currently take and update medical personnel when dispatched to your home, in the event you can’t communicate that information.
